Tenant Screening Services Signup Advantage Tenant offers you three levels of tenant screening services:

You are an individual landlord or property manager that does not need credit data on potential tenants, but would like to check tenant criminal and/or employment. Basic Level Tenant Screening Services include the following reports: Instant Eviction Reports Instant National Background Checks Instant State Background Checks County Criminal Background Checks Employment Verification How to Get Started Print this document: Basic Tenant Screening Services Fill it out and sign it. Fax it to our Compliance Department at 877-720-8805. Your Account Representative will call you with your system username and password, and you can begin ordering.	You are a property management company or landlord that would like to check the credit score, current delinquencies, and past bankruptcies of your tenants, but you don't require a fully detailed credit report. Plus Level Services include all Basic Level Services: Instant Eviction Reports Instant National Background Checks Instant State Background Checks County Criminal Background Checks Employment Verification plus Tenant Credit Scorecard Shows the tenant’s Experian credit score, and whether they have current delinquencies, collections, past bankruptcies or charge-offs. See a sample. How to Get Started Print this document: Tenant Screening Services Plus Fill it out and sign it. Fax it to our Compliance Department at 877-720-8805, ALONG WITH a copy of your business license. If you don't have a business license, additional documentation will be required to obtain the Tenant Credit Scorecard. Once your faxed documents are received, your Account Representative will then call you to get started.	You are a property management company, real estate company, other licensed business entity, or a landlord requiring a fully detailed credit report (All tradelines and creditor details). Premium Level Services include all Basic and Plus Level Services: Instant Eviction Reports Instant National Background Checks Instant State Background Checks County Criminal Background Checks Employment Verification Social Security Number Verification Tenant Credit Scorecard plus Full Credit Reports Choose from Experian, TransUnion, or Equifax. We can also provide tri-merge reports using data from all bureaus. How to Get Started Print this document: Tenant Screening Services Premium Read it, fill it out, and return it with the documentation listed on the first page of the Agreement. You can fax all documents to our Compliance Department at 877-720-8805. Your Account Representative will then arrange for a physical inspection of your business location; required by the credit bureaus when requesting fully detailed consumer credit reports. For business locations, once your appointment is set (usually within 48 hours) you can begin ordering. For landlords, once your inspection is completed, you can begin ordering. Remember: The Tenant Credit Scorecard, available under our Plus Level sign up, can provide an Experian credit score, financial histories and more, without the added compliance and documentation.
